Fluid management in diabetic-acidosis--Ringer's lactate in defiance of normal saline: a randomized controlled proof
Objective: To determine hypothesize Ringer's lactate is superior to 0.9% sodium chloride solution for resolution lift acidosis in the management of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA).
